- a detailed description of the complaint;
- any supporting evidence or correspondence.
2. Complaint Response Times
We aim to:
- acknowledge complaints within 2 business days;
- investigate and respond within 5 business days where reasonably possible.
Complex matters involving third parties, registry operators, legal requests, or abuse investigations may require additional time.
3. Complaints Relating to .UK Domain Names
All .UK domain registrations are subject to the policies and procedures of Nominet UK.
Where a complaint relates to:
- domain ownership disputes;
- abusive registrations;
- transfers;
- suspension decisions;
- registration policy issues;
Please note the matter may also fall under applicable Nominet UK policies and procedures.
4. Abuse and Security Complaints
Reports involving:
- phishing;
- malware;
- spam;
- fraud;
- illegal content;
- domain abuse;

5. Escalation Process
If you are not satisfied with our final response relating to a .UK domain matter, you may escalate the issue directly to Nominet UK where appropriate.
6. Service Limitations
Please note that Akaal UK cannot:
- guarantee successful domain registrations or catches;
- reverse registry-level actions taken by Nominet UK;
- intervene in legal ownership disputes without appropriate authority;
- guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
